Entry requirements for A-Level
For entry to an A-Level programme of study all students are required to have 5 or more GCSE (or equivalent) grades at 5 or above.
To apply for a specific course, the entry requirements stated below must also be met.

| Computer Science | 6+ in GCSE Maths |
| Drama | 6+ in GCSE Drama AND 5+ in English Literature OR Language |
| Economics | 6+ in GCSE Maths AND 6+ in English Literature OR Language |
| English Language | 6+ in GCSE English Literature OR Language |
| English Literature | 6+ in GCSE English Literature OR Language |
| Further Maths | 8+ in GCSE Maths AND taking A Level Maths |
| Geography | 6+ in GCSE Geography OR a GCSE Humanities subject AND 5+ in GCSE Maths AND 5+ in GCSE English |
| History | 6+ in GCSE History OR 6+ in an essay-based GCSE/Humanities subject |
| Mathematics | 7+ in GCSE Maths |

Entry requirements for BTEC
All students must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above.
