Future Choices Guidance and Support

We know that the two years that students spend with us are the stepping stone to their future and so we invest heavily in supporting them, whatever their ambitions. This includes:

• Ensuring every student meets with a qualified careers advisor in Year 12
• Attending UCAS events to meet with further education and apprenticeships providers
• Two weeks of Work Experience in Year 12
• University visits
• A dedicated digital resource, sharing links to webinars, open days and access opportunities
• Membership of the Elephant Group, supporting students into Oxbridge and Medicine
• Links with Oxbridge colleges
• Use of OSCAR - evidenced-based support for UCAS applications
