The registration, submission and running of all accredited qualifications producing external exams is handled by our Examinations Officer. Should students feel there are any issues pertaining to their exams Ms. Blakey runs an open door policy between 8.00am and 3.30pm. Students are welcome to pop-in and discuss any issues with her. Exam Certificates
Once the school informs you that your exam certificates are ready, please collect them as soon as possible. Certificates that are not collected within one year may be placed into storage, and while you can contact us to check whether they are still available, the school is not legally required to retain certificates beyond one year from the date results are issued.
If your certificates are no longer held by the school, we may be able to provide confirmation of the exams you sat while attending Eltham Hill. Please note that our internal exam records only go back to 1997, so we may not be able to assist with information from earlier years.
