We are delighted to report that results for our 6th form students this year have been strong and above national averages across the board with 89% of our A Level grades at A*-C (82% nationally),  70% at A*-B (62% nationally) and 40% at A*-A (36% nationally). Given the challenges of the last few years and the inevitable disruption to education as a consequence of the pandemic we are all really proud of how well all our students have achieved.

Results are particularly strong in Fine Art, Textiles, Music and Geography where 100% of students achieved A*/A, History, Media Studies and Theatre Studies where students all achieved A*-B and Chemistry, English Language, Psychology, Photography and Spanish where all students achieved A*-C grades. A*s were achieved by students in Arabic, Photography, Textiles, Biology, English Literature, Fine Art, History, Maths, Media Studies, Psychology, Sociology and Spanish.

69% of our students achieved at least one A Level at A or A* and many achieved A/A* across the board. Particularly well done to Sophia Clayton, Grace Conroy and Sophia Himeur who achieved 2 A*s and an A, Dorcus Folorunsho and Sarah Kennedy who achieved 1 A* and 2 A’s, Orla Matheson who achieved 2 A*’s and a B and to Katie Clarkstone, Beatrice Duku, Samuel Hingston, Divine Ifashe, Uwa Izz and Sam Shuker who all achieved 3 A’s.

Our BTEC results were very strong too with a high number of students achieving Distinctions and Distinction *s, equivalent to an A/A*. Particularly well done to Edward Kennedy who achieved D*D* in Applied Science BTEC and to Arena Queen who achieved D*D. Well done too to Chloe Hawkins, Hannah Lewington Cole, Jaiden Lynch, Amelia Okeleke, Rafael Olague, Amy Pearson and Hayley Tsang who all achieved D*D in their Health and Social Care BTEC.

Congratulations to all our students who worked so hard and are now heading off to start exciting university courses and apprenticeships. Destinations include Bristol, Leeds, QMW, York, KCL, Glasgow, Manchester, Nottingham and UCL with students studying a huge range of courses including Physics with Astrophysics, Fashion Marketing, Psychology, History, Anatomy, Pharmacy, Graphic Design and Music.
